    1. Look out for the Click and Collect symbol show against each product .
    2. Add some Click and Collect products to your cart. You may be prompted to select your preferred store. You can change this later if you like.
    3. When you have everything you need simply proceed to the checkout. If products are unavailable at your preferred store, you can select a different store to collect from.
    4. Complete your checkout and you will receive a confirmation email. You will need to present this email with Photo ID when you collect your order. You can print it out or just show us the email on your phone.
    5. Your order will be processed at the store and you will receive an email and/or SMS when your goods are ready to collect!

    With Click & Collect there’s no additional fees or shipping charges, the price you see is what you’ll pay.

    Our team will endeavour to have your order ready within four hours. You will receive an SMS (if you opted in for text notifications) and/or an email when your order is ready to pick up. Pick up is available during store trading hours.

    Your order will be held in store for 14 days. If you can’t collect within that time, please contact your nominated store to extend the collection date.

    Your order confirmation email and photo I.D. (e.g. current drivers licence or passport). For orders purchased with a Credit Card you will also be required to present the Credit Card used to pay for the order. Please note that the Credit Card owner must collect orders paid for with a Credit Card.

    Yes, you can nominate an alternative person to pick up your order. Simply enter their contact details when checking out. They will need to bring the confirmation email and their Photo I.D. with them to collect. Please note that if your order is paid for by credit card only the credit card owner can collect the order.

    Yes, please contact your local store directly to arrange. The store will need the collecting person’s details & your order number. The person collecting will need to bring the order confirmation email & Photo I.D. to collect. Please note: If you paid for your order by credit card only the credit card owner can collect the order.

    For urgent orders we recommend you contact your local store directly to confirm item availability and pick up time.

    Yes. Just call your nominated collection store and they will arrange your cancellation and refund.

    All refunds are according to relevant ACCC guidelines and store policies. Please contact your nominated store to arrange a refund.

    Our site is secured and certified by Rapid SSL – the padlock is your protection. Never give your personal or credit information to sites that do not display the padlock.

    For orders of $50 or less, you will be charged a flat rate delivery fee. However, if the cost to deliver the product to you significantly exceeds the delivery fee (for instance because you are located in a remote area or have placed an order for large or heavy products), we may contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. This may include cancelling or modifying your order.

    Simply place your order prior to 2pm Monday to Friday, and provided the item you have ordered is in stock, we will deliver your goods same day! Orders placed from 2:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on Weekends will be delivered on Monday. Same day delivery may not be available on public holidays.

    Our delivery service is available up to 10km’s from participating Autopro stores.

    Autopro recommends all deliveries be shipped to a location where you will be in attendance to accept the delivery - preferably your home or work address.

    If we are unable to deliver to your nominated address, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements to deliver your goods at another time, which may not be same day.

    By purchasing from, you accept that if no-one is home at the time of delivery, your order will be left at your nominated delivery address if deemed safe by us to do so.

    Autopro will not be responsible for any loss or damage to a product after delivery has been made or for loss or damage caused by late delivery.

    All orders will be shipped from your nominated store.

    Whilst me make every effort to ensure orders are shipped on time and arrive on time, there may be some reasons why this cannot occur. These are listed below:

    • Stock Levels: Whilst the system should only allow the purchase of items which are currently in stock at each store, there may be on some instances of multiple customers purchasing the same instance in a short time frame which does not allow the website to update the stock levels in time to reflect actual available stock levels or particular items.

    • Incorrect Address details: If an address has been entered which we cannot deliver to, we may not be aware until such time the delivery driver is unable to locate the property. Whilst we do have an address checking system in place, there may be some occasions where it gets this wrong and cannot deliver to the address being entered. Therefore to avoid any potential issues it is important that that address entered is a real and deliverable address which currently is able to receive mail by Australia Post.

    • Security Checks: Our payment providers may hold payments on orders due to what they consider activity which needs to be verified with the payment account holder

    We accept that there will be times when a customer may need to return their purchase and we will try and accommodate these requests in line with relevant ACCC guidelines and store policies. Please contact your nominated store to arrange a refund.

    By default, the Order Confirmation email can be used as Proof of Purchase but is not a valid Tax Invoice for tax purposes. If you require a Tax Invoice, please contact your nominated Store of purchase and we will be happy to provide you with a PDF copy for your records.

    Yes. Just call your nominated store and they can cancel if the order has not yet been dispatched
